Who We're Looking For
We don't need perfection — we need drive, experience, and a hunger to win.
2+ years of sales experience (construction, building materials, or related industry preferred)
Self-motivated closer who thrives on commission-based compensation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with digital tools (3D builders, CRM systems)
Reliable transportation and willingness to meet clients in the field
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
